Application Methods
Terrabind™ Max is specifically designed as a spray-on application for well-established roadways, meaning it does not require the heavy build-in method using graders or road compactors.
The implementation follows a simple, multi-step process:
1. Standard Fleet Use: The product comes as a powder or liquid that dissolves in water and is sprayed using existing site water trucks equipped with standard spray bars.
2. Establishment Phase: An initial higher dose is sprayed over the course of 2 to 3 days to build up the base treatment on the road surface.
3. Maintenance Phase: Once the surface is established, the operation transitions to a lower maintenance dose applied just once daily to keep the road dust-free and stable.
