Application Methods
PolyMag80TM is applied using a surface application method.
WHEN TO USE
Use PolyMag80TM when wet seasonal weather subsides and long periods of dry hot weather is likely to result in dusty conditions on unsealed surfaces. Apply PolyMag80TM at 2L per 1m2.
APPLICATION METHOD
- Measure application area (m2)
- Calculate PolyMag80TM(L) required: 2L PolyMag80TM per 1m2
- Purchase required product from Prozyme or an authorised distributor
- Plan application for clear, dry weather – if forecasted to rain, reschedule application
- Prepare application equipment
- Prewater with 1L water per treatment 1m2
- Apply PolyMag80TM at application rate of 2L per 1m2
- Adjust application rates where necessary: more for soft areas, less for hard areas
- Clean equipment and work area
- Prevent walking or driving on treated area until fully dry
- Monitor dust and soil stabilisation over 2-3 months
- Reapply PolyMag80TM at an application rate of 1L per 1m2 as required
Clean up & Storage
CLEANING UP
Clean all equipment and tools immediately after use using a soft bristle brush and water. For additional protection, pre-apply a lanolin product to equipment or tools for even easier clean-up.
STORAGE
Store out of direct sunlight and at room temperature.
