Our upstairs carpet area (8x6m) was being urinated on by the pet poodle. The carpet smelt so bad we got it professionally cleaned twice and it did not improve. We almost threw the carpet out. We happened to have 10X Concentrate and gave it a go – there was nothing left to lose.

We applied diluted 10X Concetrate liberally using a mop and bucket. We mopped directly onto the carpet / urine affected area until it was saturated. We waited a few days to dry out (it was summer).

The smell has completely gone away. The carpet smells refreshed. We no longer need to get new carpet! We couldn’t believe that worked.
