I’m a single woman managing a small rural property on my own. A couple of years ago, I had a contractor install a new dam that unfortunately developed a leak shortly after completion. When I went back to the contractor, the proposed solutions were expensive, messy, and honestly a bit overwhelming.
I decided to do some research myself and came across Prozyme DamLock. I’ll admit I was initially skeptical; it seemed almost too quick, easy, and affordable to actually work. However, being a Western Australian company with a base in Welshpool gave me the confidence to try it. I was able to apply the product with the help of just one other person—it’s so easy to use that if you get your timing right, you could even do it without help.
The leaking dam was a real issue for me. I rely on it for my horses and gardens, and our summers are very hot and dry. I even had to destock the property last year. There was a constant puddle forming at the base of the dam, and at times it genuinely looked like I could see the water running out.
I was surprised by the results. Within just a few days of applying Prozyme DamLock, the puddle had completely dried up. Even more impressive is that I don’t think I applied it particularly perfectly, yet it still worked extremely well.
I applied the product during summer and plan to treat the entire dam again this winter when it’s full. Based on my experience so far, I’m very confident in the outcome. I’ve since recommended Prozyme DamLock to others in my local area, and at least one person has already resolved their own long-standing issue. They have Marron in their dam, and the stock was not affected at all.
I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.
